Meetings & Conferences

The MUBADALA ARENA is equipped with the furnishings, equipment and support team required to deliver your meeting in a unique, dynamic venue. Create your own experience within this inspirational setting or leave the whole thing to us with Daily Delegate Rates including coffee breaks, lunch, room rental and AV equipment starting as low as AED 250pp.

 

1. Conference Room I and II

MUBADALA ARENA’s main open-plan conference suite is a bright, spacious and versatile area suitable for a range of functions from conferences and meetings to press events. A retractable partition wall creates two event spaces; or as one open room, it can accommodate up to 100 guests. The suite is fully AV-equipped with flexible set-up options. Food and beverage packages courtesy of the arena’s premier in-house catering partner are also available.

Also located on the third floor of the arena, the Skyboxes and Conference Room III make ideal breakout rooms for events taking place in the main conference suites.

2. Conference Room III

Double-aspect facades flood this top-floor suite with light and offer a panoramic view of Abu Dhabi’s iconic Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. Its more intimate setting makes it ideal for boardroom meetings or private receptions, where the stunning views will impress. Conference Room III is fully AV-equipped.

3. Business Club

The second-level Business Club space can accommodate up to 130 delegates, for use most often as a dining room, but also as a meeting space in its own right or as an additional breakout area to support larger events.

Exhibitions and Special Events

The main arena floor at MUBADALA ARENA offers 2,500 sqm of open-plan event space ready to accommodate everything from exhibitions to gala dinners, product launches to private celebrations. Additional concourse space on the second level, and conference and meeting rooms throughout the arena, can also be made available for your use.
